At ÆmberaDolls in Konstanz, you can experience our lifelike Companion Dolls in a private setting.
Our consultations are fully personalized - we explain materials, body types, and custom options to help you find the perfect doll.

Process

Time has shown that the the large majority of consultations follows this pattern:

You book your appointment: Send us a message via the form or WhatsApp (+49 151 4123 5696).

 

Confirmation: We send confirmation of your booking.

Showroom visit: Discrete entry without a waiting area - we open exclusively for you. Free parking is available on the premises and in the surrounding streets.

Decision & order: When you have decided on your doll, you can either take it with you immediately or, in the case of a customised doll, we give you confirmation of the order. If you wish, you can also pick up the doll in our showroom once it has arrived.

 

Duration & Fees

Consultations typically take 30 minutes and are free of charge.

 

Privacy & Confidentiality

Your visit is strictly private. There is no waiting area, no shared appointments and no other people in the room (apart from our staff). We also offer neutral packaging and anonymous pickup if preferred.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes, the showroom operates by appointment only for full privacy.

Can I bring someone like my partner or a consultant?

Absolutely, many do. If you are buying the doll for your use together, it is encouraged that both partners attend.

How long does a session take?

Usually 30 minutes. We do not book back-to-back consultations.
